I wish to know whether a Private Limited Company can issue shares of the same class with different price to different persons at the same time ? For Example if the Company is issuing Class A Shares to Mr. X with a price of Rs. 10/- per share, can it issue the same class of shares to Mr. Y at price of Rs. 50/- per share at the same time.

IF PARTNERSHIP DEED WAS MADE ON 22 ND OCTOBER -2012 AND PRESENTED BEFORE REGISTRAR OF PARTNERSHIP ON 5 NOVEMBER-2012 THEN WOULD THERE BE ANY ISSUE REGARDING THE LATE PRESENTATION OF PARTNERSHIP DEED BEFORE REGISTRAR OR IS THERE ANY TIME LIMIT REGARDING THE DATE MENTIONED IN PARTNERSHIP DEED ???

Along with form 20B we need to file Annual return as per schedule V of the
Companies Act, 1956 in that Director need to certify that the company did not have an average turnover of Rs.Ten crore or more during the relevant period ;
