IF PARTNERSHIP DEED WAS MADE ON 22 ND OCTOBER -2012 AND PRESENTED BEFORE REGISTRAR OF PARTNERSHIP ON 5 NOVEMBER-2012 THEN WOULD THERE BE ANY ISSUE REGARDING THE LATE PRESENTATION OF PARTNERSHIP DEED BEFORE REGISTRAR OR IS THERE ANY TIME LIMIT REGARDING THE DATE MENTIONED IN PARTNERSHIP DEED ???

It can be registered with a yaer from date of constitition.

vaibhav please clarify the below mentioned 2nd paragrah :-

(1A) The statement under sub-section (1) shall be sent or delivered to the Registrar
within a period of one year from the date of constitution of the firm :

Provided that in the case of any firm carrying on business on or before the date of
commencement of the Indian Partnership (Maharashtra Amendment) Act, 1984, such
statement shall be sent or delivered to the Registrar within a period of one year firm
such date.

02 November 2012 dear u told me clause of partnership firm carring on business on or before 1984 but i am registering my firm in november 2012 that's why i want latest clause regarding the date of partnership deed means time limit regarding the date mentioned in partnership deed.
