02 November 2012 If i have transferred shares of a private limited company after 31st March and before the date of AGM for 2012 year. what will be the treatment for transferred shares in filing Annual Return for 2012.

02 November 2012 In annual return information are given from the last date of AHM to current date of AGM. In your case, transfer took place before the date of AGM, you hhave to given information at the time of filing Annual return for 2012
