Tax amount if applicable

Issue shares more than fair market value to NRI by newly established company, so my question is that company needs to pay the tax on higher amount or not?

business loss is 1 lakh depreciation loss is 0 profit is to be adjusted 80,000/- for the assessment year 2010-11 then tax under 115jb will be zero is it right

As per section 260 Board of a company may appoint additional Director
his appointment is valid upto next AGM
My query is whether he can be reappointed as additional director again instead of regular director?

Is it necessary to change additional director as director

Dear Sir,

My Client is a private limited company having two directors. Now we have appointed two directors appionted as additional directors through Form 32.

Now question is two additional directors leave it as additional directors or is it must to change as directors?

in case change as directors... how can chang?
