If Semi-Constructed complex is sold by the builder to buyer through registered sale deed and transaction of payment at the time of sale deed then service tax have to pay or not by the purchaser ?

Apart from the PAN Card and Electricity Bill or Telephone Bill or Bank Statement and Authorisation Letter, I need to know ANY ADDITIONAL DOCUMENT to be provided to the Service Tax Office.

While filling in ST-1 Form in the Field ‘Applicant’s Name’, can I fill as ‘INDIVIDUAL NAME (XYZ CO)’, so that the Registration Certificate shall have the applicant’s name followed by his business name.

Please suggest the appropriate manner of filling in this regard.

I worked for Resident Welfare Association (RWA). One of RWA vender is (Individual)providing man power services and he billed to RWA. But in bill service tax charges by him 3.09% rather than 12.36%. is this correct?

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am working in automotive manufacture company as a accountant
I need information about service tax which is related to manpower contract
Example: the bill shown the Gross salary 1000+PF, ESI and Service Charge @ 10 % 200 = Total 1200
the service tax on the basis of this total amount
means Total = 1200
ST @ 3.09 % = 37
Total = 1237
I have a question in this bill actually service tax charges without service charges or not or service tax paid on only service charges means 10% of service charges it will come Rs. 100

Whether a Co-op Housing Society is classified as "Business Entity as Body Corporate"? (Reverse charge mechanism stipulates 75% of Service Tax is to be paid by Service Receiver if he is registered as "Business Entity as Body Corporate")

If Co-op Housing Society can not be classified as "Business Entity as Body Corporate" then Service Tax portion of Service Receiver in NOT payable.
