If Semi-Constructed complex is sold by the builder to buyer through registered sale deed and transaction of payment at the time of sale deed then service tax have to pay or not by the purchaser ?

Sale of semi-constructed or fully constructed house is not taxable under VAT law because it is an immovable property. If any further work is carried out to complete the house that part is taxable to the extent of material consumed for the work done.Sililarly ST is liable to the extent of payments made for the labour charges for the remaining construction. ...mjk
