I HAVE PROVIDE OUR SERVICES TO AUTO MOBILE INDUSTRY AND SUPPLY MAN POWER FOR MANUFACTURING PROCESS AND CREATE BILL ON PIECE RATE.
IS IT COVER IN MAN POWER SUPPLY OR NOT?

A company having turnover of Rs. 60 crore has a residential flat in mumbai which is leting out on a Monthly Rent of Rs. 25000/- P.M..

is company liable to pay service tax on it.

if the Licence given to the Licensee to use and occupy for "Commercial cum residential use. and the tenant using flat for beauty parlor cum resident.
in this service tax will be applicable or not.?

A builder developing a building on a land provided by land owner. The land owner transferred land to builders for a consideration of 7 crore plus 45% share in flats which r to be developed by builders.what would be the applicability of service tax in this case?can builder avail the option under notification no.26/2012 in this case?

Please reply of my query that we are pvt Ltd Co. and has received a Bill from an Individual of Advocate Firm of Rs. 30000/- on 31.5.14 and our Pvt. Ltd. Company turnover in the previous year 2013-14 was nil and company is not registered with Service Tax Deptt.

Whether our Pvt. Ltd. Company is liable to Pay Service tax under reverse charge.

I AM LABOR CONTRACTOR AND IN THE YEAR 2011-2012 AND 2012-13 OR 2013-14. THE SUPPLY OF LABOUR TO PRIVATE COMPANY (AS SUB CONTRACTOR) TO THE POWER GENERATING COMPANY.MY QUESTION IS I AM HAVING ANY LIABILITY TO PAY THE SERVICE TAX? PL. REPLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
