It is well known that TDS on professional fees is covered under section 194J that is 10% on total fees. I would like to clear a thing that is bill amount is Rs-11236/- ((10000+1236(services tax)), so TDS will deduct on whole amount of Rs-11236/- or exclusive the services tax amount that is only on Rs-10000/-.

In the below circular on Export of goods and services.

Master Circular No.14/2013-14 July 01, 2013 (Updated as on June 18, 2014)

only Advances against Export of goods has been explained.
My queries.
1. Will the same apply to Export of Services? That is -Will goods include services also.
2. If not, which clause explains about Advance against services and time limit for the same?
