21 August 2014 CABF fee is not mandatory. It is voluntary. You have to tick the fee such as membership & cop (if any) left all blank.

21 August 2014 But sir option given is Rs 4500(without COP) and Rs 6500( with COP). In that Rs 2500 is of CABF. Which amount I tick?
