we are opening in propritorship a security agency which provide security guard to other.

so i want to know that what is the requiremant for this i.e how is register &

and can we are required to get registrer in shops & establishment Act,1954.

and get form C From department of Labour.

pls help me if possible.

11 August 2014 you have to register with Service Tax department if your turnover is more than 10 lacs.

You have to register with PF if your employee is more than 10.

for shops & establishment act and ESI, plz write which state you want to register.

me that labour licence is also reqired for

this.

if it is required then how to get it.

can u provide some more info regarding PSAR act

mean how to register under him.

it is mandate for Security agency or not and i more

thing is that we are not used or provide any arms in

this agency.

11 August 2014 You can do without registering to PSAR ACT but it is better to register with it as some company are asking for registration.
