Is VAT applicable in addition to Service tax.if so please give the notification or judgement copy.

THERE ARE INTERSTATE PURCHASES AGAINST C FORMS FOR PURCHASE OF INPUT AND FIXED ASSETS . THESE TRASACTIONS HAVE BEEN DULY RECORDED IN THE BOOK. TURNOVER OF THESE HAVE NOT BEEN RECORDED IN SALES TAX RETURNS AND VAT AUDIT. CAN I APPLY FOR C FORMS FOR SUCH TRANSACTIONS .

If manufacturing company sales it's product to out of state party without "C" form, that time it charged full Sales Tax amount in Sales Invoice. But what word should be write in sales invoice:-
1. CST 12.50% or
2. VAT 12.50%

Please give me your suggestion.

x ltd. purchase goods within the state attracting VAT @4% from various vendor for their contract site which is outside the state and therafter sometime they made branch transfer.whether cst is applicable or not for purchase of such goods at the time of purchase within the state which later on transfer as a stock transfer?

Wether I have to charge VAT on freight while billing to my clients, One of my client is charging MVAT on freight charges in the tax invoice. I have some confusion - should we charge VAT on freight amt which we are showing seperately in the same Invoice?

ONE OF MY CLIENT WHO IS AN EXPORTER HAVE TWO BRANCHES ONE IN DELHI AND SECOND IN NOIDA.

HE EVERY DAY TRANSFER GOODS FROM NOIDA TO DELHI AND DELHI TO NOIDA.

WHAT HE SHOULD DO FOR VAT COMPLIANCE.

HOW WE HAVE TO MAINTAING THIS STOCK IN OUR BOOKS. IS THERE ANY FORM TO BE GIVEN TO STOCK TFD.
