10 September 2009 THERE ARE INTERSTATE PURCHASES AGAINST C FORMS FOR PURCHASE OF INPUT AND FIXED ASSETS . THESE TRASACTIONS HAVE BEEN DULY RECORDED IN THE BOOK. TURNOVER OF THESE HAVE NOT BEEN RECORDED IN SALES TAX RETURNS AND VAT AUDIT. CAN I APPLY FOR C FORMS FOR SUCH TRANSACTIONS .

10 September 2009 when it taken in record shoud be consider in return then you can demond sales tax form.

22 September 2009 First thing, if you have filed wrong returns, please get the same rectified.
Re purchase of Fixed Assets, I don't think that there is any provision to reflect the same in returns.

If your purchased Fixed Assets are eligible u/s. 8(3), you may demand C form from the deptt.
