My father has taken a business loan 7 years ago; he paid 7 EMI's but after that he failed due to loss in business and also for his illness. He does not have any property and now he has not any source of income. The loan has file a case against him. Now I want to know what may the outcome of the case. Does my father has to go jail or does they will excuse. Please let me know, please .

Can you please suggest that if i am taking residual value of asset at 0%, then whether i should give justification for that. because as per Company Act 2013, Justification required if res. value is different from Act, but in the Act it is mention that % shall not be more than 5%, so 0% is also not more than 5%. so as per my view, no justification required

Plz Explain???

sir , what is the procedure for change of name of director of a company .for example 'X" company has a director having the name ram laxman but he want to change as laxman.so whAt is the procedure for that???.
