In our company a person joined on 03..06.2010 as a Supervisor and terminated by our company on 30.01.2015.He resigned on that date and Full & Final settelment had been made and paid.
My question is whether he is entitled for gratuity or not, he has not completed 5 years of service as required in the Gratuity Act.

Can I mother enter into a partnership with the minor son who's guardian is the father and there are only 2 partners i.e.the mother and the son.In such a case what are the rights of the minor which will be exercised by the guardian in this regard.will he have the rights of a full fledged partner?please mention the relevant case law if possible.

Dear Experts,
I want to Know if a CS in full time employment resigns from the office w.e.f 31.3.2015 and it may take 20-30 days in Filling the Vacancy by the organisation,and thus on 01.04.2015 the Office is Vacant and No Full Time CS is employed?? Will That be Considered as an Contravention of Sec 203 C.A.'2013??? Please Elaborate with Penalties and Prosecution..and if this is not in contraventioned what shall be done??
