As per Companies Act, 2013,
If a partner is disqualified as an auditor(for reason like purchased security of the company), then will the partnership firm will also be disqualified?

yes, the whole partnership shall be disqualified from being appointed as co auditor till the time the said ca remains as a partner in such firm.
