what is the procedure for registration ?

what are the required documents ?

Even if criteria is not satisfied can employer go for voluntary registration under PF & ESI.

what is the difference between tacit contract and implied contract.

we have the been offered by a bank to pay the salaries of the temporary staff of the bank such as peon, sweeper etc.
the bank will reimburse us the salary paid plus certain amount of commission. we need an agreement copy for the same.
secondly whether pf or esi liability will arise as the number of employees is less than 15 and most of them are drawing salary less than 10000.

Cash flow is required to be prepared for Small Companies only. Definition of Small Company as per Companies Act is Paid up Capital below 50 lacs and Turn over 2 Crores in the last year. What does it mean? For the FY 2014-15, whether turn over for 2014-15 or 2013-14 is required to be considered? If T.O for 2013-14 is 90 lacs and for 2014-15 is 5 crores, is there any requirement to prepare cash flow ? (Paid up Capital is below 50 lacs)

1. How many Compliance of the newly private Limited Company in the Financial year.

2. Their is any detail to be Submitted to FEMA, because we are the Subsidiary company and the holding company in the USA.
