26 September 2015 we have the been offered by a bank to pay the salaries of the temporary staff of the bank such as peon, sweeper etc.
the bank will reimburse us the salary paid plus certain amount of commission. we need an agreement copy for the same.
secondly whether pf or esi liability will arise as the number of employees is less than 15 and most of them are drawing salary less than 10000.
