I have a confusion about contingent contract and indemnity contract. Books m se read karne par dono m kuch diff h smaj nhi aa RHA. pls guide me..

Contingent: Happening of the same is based on some future EVENT.
Indemnity : On happening of the event, the LOSS is indemnified...i.e. the indemnifier has to make the loss good.
