11 October 2015 i revised 2 times law... but still not getting confidence . pls help... bcuz of law it is my 3rd attempt..

13 October 2015 sir 1 of the case ....from corporate veil...loss of revunue of govt .. case is 're. sir dinshawmanck ji pettit' he has huge income by way of dividend or interst....so he decided to form new co. to reduce tax... my doubt is...dividend recieve from co. is exempt ..so y did he do this

14 October 2015 think of the time when DIVIDEND was NOT exempt.

Keep one eye on the year of that case. It is a time old case.
