13 October 2015 sir 1 of the case ....from corporate veil...loss of revunue of govt .. case is 're. sir dinshawmanck ji pettit' he has huge income by way of dividend or interst....so he decided to form new co. to reduce tax... my doubt is...dividend recieve from co. is exempt ..so y did he do this
