In an agency, there was a contract between Mr.A(principal) and M(minor) to sell a watch for a minimum price of Rs.700. However, M sold it to D for Rs.300. Now is Mr.A liable in this particular contract? Should M repay the excess loss Mr.A has incurred?

Optional scheme of provident fund

Hi,

I am drawing basic more than 15000 per month is it compulsory for me to contribute to provident fund.
If not please provide me some circular, notification by dartment in this regard.

I have 26 employees in my factory, out of which 9 are paid salary @ 18000/- p.m. i.e greater than the limit of 15000/-

Section 16 of payment of bonus act

If it is not mandatory to give bonus in the fifth year then how can the profits or losses of 5th year be set on or set off in the sixth year in case of a new establishment?

Dispute in partner

We have issued work order on "A" of Partnership firm for providing services. There is three partner,( B, C, D) but we dealing only one partner i.e, B & C from last two years ( payments and billing) Now his partner D issued a letter to us to stopped all payments.

What action can we take. Pl. give your opinion.
