Dear Experts,
If a company incorporated newly, but no any sales purchases there, but company want to register under PF & ESI. Is it possible to register under PF & ESI whether it is not liable to register PF & ESI?
Please clarify.
If a company incorporated newly, but no any sales purchases there, but company want to register under PF & ESI. Is it possible to register under PF & ESI whether it is not liable to register PF & ESI?

Commencement of business is not necessary for registration under PF & ESIC. The only criteria is the number of employees. So a company which has not made any purchases and/or sale can get itself registered under PF & ESIC.
