As I am holding position of my small startup company as Director, can I join a company for job purpose as a salaried employee ( Bank / IT company)?

There is no restriction from your company's side unless you are a whole time director or managing director. Please check the terms and conditions of employment with the prospective employer. Employment agreement normally contains conditions on having other obligations.
