If company having profit, then bonus will calculated on what amount(employee salary will consider).
Ex: in a company A is employee, he is getting salary 9000/-per month.he is working more the 30 days during the year,for calculation of bonus what amount consider.either 9000*8.33% or 3500*8.33, pls tell me.Company has ready for paying min.bonus.

nri agricultural land query wrt change of citizenship

Hi ,
I am presently an nri living in european country since past 8 years.I bought an agricultural land of 30 acres when i was living in india.I wish to know what would be the implications/obligations if i takeup the citizenship of this EU country.
I would appriciate any advice or sugestion.

Extension of Equitable Mortgage

Sir,

I presume that Equitable Mortgage is deposit of title deeds with a Bank for a loan.

The Bank has the Property over the assets. The Company cannot sell the property, till the loan is paid off fully.

Hope my perception about Equitable Mortgage is correct. Please let me know whether I am right.

Now, what is the extension of Equitable Mortgage.

Please let me know, what all requirements should be met by company while going for extension of Equitable Mortgage.

Kindly clarify by example
