b) loan at existing bank rate

Company X is a private limited company and for past many years is registered under the Provident Fund Act with the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner. To overcome the difficulaties faced by the employees with regards to PF transfer and withdrawls, the company intends to create its own PF trust.

Reuqest you all to guide on the following points:

1. Can a Company registered with the Regional PF office, create a PF Trust?
2. What is the procedure to create a PF trust?
3. Are there any case laws relating to this?

Am a CA final student & having my xams now in may, i first started with accounts & Law, since am givin only 1st grp, i thought of finishing off accounts & law within a month, now its that have been able to complete only allied laws which itself is huge as there are many things added in the new course, frm 1st april i have started with SFM & Audit, am not able to understand how to complete Corporate laws as i havnt touched it once. plz guide me.

could anyone tell me that what will be the liability of promoters if the company adopts a pre incorporation contract but not enters a fresh contract with the third party?will the promoters remain personally liable even after company adopts the preliminary contract ?

What remedies are available to a shareholder A, in case where the Co. has registered the transfer deeds bearing forged signatures of A:
1. against the Co.;
2. transfree who is guilty of forgery;
3. for getting his name (ie A's name) restored as the registered shareholeder of the Co.

Kindly let me know, minimum how many no. of employees should be employed in an establishment to be covered under EPF act 10 or 20.

I have heard someone saying that it has been reduced to 10 recently. If its true, would you please give me the effective date.

My second query is, if the act is applicable to one company, would it mandatorily be applicable to the other companies under the same management having same directors in the Board.
