Hi,
Kindly help me in the below query:
Here is a Pvt. Ltd. where change of director has taken place in Oct,2010.
Whether the same need to be reported to PF, GRATUITY, PROFESSIONAL TAX, CST and CUSTOMS?
If yes, what are the time limits and documentation required?
We have updated in ROC and IEC.

Hi,
Relavant to the above subject, change of Registered office WITHIN THE STATE is also need to be ammended.
We have updated ROC, VAT, IEC. We have also updated with Agreements, vendors.
Do we need to updated the samething with Proffesional Tax, PF, Gratuity, Shops and establishments.. etc.
