Can we use old stamp papers purchased more than six months prior to the date of execution?
or
Can we use latest stamp paper for execution of back dated/ prior dated agreement?

One of my Clients was working in a small co without taking appointment letter , He worked there for 2 months , His employer is refusing to pay salary , is there any way to get back salary thru LAW?

If a worker gets Rs. 3600 a month, and is absent for 2 days, he gets Rs. 3360 for a month. Should we take this Rs. 3360 a wage for calculation of bonus or should it be Rs 3267 (3500/30*28)?



Similarly, if worker gets Rs. 5000, should wage for bonus calculation be Rs. 3500 (5000/30*28, being more than 3500), or should it be again Rs. 3267 (3500/30*28)?

Dear Sir,
I am a property broker.one of my client has puechased a property of 1.16cr asper circle value whille as per sale deed value is 63lacs.Now my client wants to register this property through power of attorny.the power of attorny holder is not in blood relation with the buyer.
Now i want to ask you that
1]should this power of attorny must be regestered with registar office or will it do a nottory on Rs. 500/stamp paper?
2]Approximatly how much expence/stampduty will be payable for registering above power of attorny?
