Who is called as forgein national resident in india as per Fema Act...

As per Sec. 2(v) of FEMA:A person Residing in India for > 182 days during the course of preceding Financial Year and comes to India or staying in India :
for taking up employment
for carrying business or vocation
for any other purpose in such circumstances as would indicate his intention to stay in India for uncertain period
can be considered as FOREIGN NATIONAL RESIDENT IN INDIA.
