What are the Licences do I need to do - Trading of Used goods - on Online ( ie; Trading of Used Mobile phones on Online ) such as - Shop licence, Shop Establishment licence, VAT + CST, Service tax, Trade licence - under my Personal name.

What is the definition of - Personal goods, ( which I can sell - without any Licences, on Online )? Does Personal Goods mean - goods bought under - My Name, and Not under the name of a Company or Business ?
