I want to start a Bicycle Manufacturing business under a Public company, but is unaware of the Investment and Licences required to Start and Operate a Bicycle Manufacturing business. So, it would be highly appreciated, if the accurate information regarding this matter is provided ?

you are advised to Apply for RCMC certificate from EEPC it is sufficient for the purpose of Export too.
