my company has delayed to file form 17 by 10 months. the remedy haere available with me is TO file CLB petition u/s 141.
So kindly help me to know the procedure of filing petition with CLB n wat d papers required in this regard.

you have to prepare a petition for condonation of delay and file the same with ROC along with consent letter of bank to satisfaction of charge and form 8 filed.
