Sir/Ma'am,

I want to start a Restaurant business, but is unaware of the Licences required for Starting and Operating an Owned Restaurant ? So, it would be highly appreciated if the accurate information regarding this matter is provided. Also, will there any differences in Licences if the Restaurant is opened under a Pubic company or a Proprietorship concern ?

14 April 2012 The following Licences are required
1) Municipal Corporation
2) Food
3) Liquor
4) For any programme Police permission
5) Service Tax
6) VAT
7) PAN
8) If Company then all formalities of Companies Act
9) Trade Licence
