hi, can any one let me know that, if the director is appointed as a additional director, then it is compulsory that the director will be retire after one year that is in next agm.and
Secondly,if the company has not filled any form in respect of him that is for removal or for appointing as a director in agm then what will be its poisition . He willbe a director or will not be a director. please let me know this.

i filled form 1A for name approwal of a new company-RAM AVTAR FRUIT COMPANY(INDIA)PVT. LTD.it was later decided to change it as-SHREE RAM AVTAR FRUIT COMPANY(INDIA)PVT. LTD.this new name is not being aprowed by MCA stating that it is similar to the existing name(RAM AVTAR FRUIT COMPANY(INDIA)PVT. LTD).what is the solution to get that new name?

I uploaded form 1A for name approval of a new company-VAAS CONSULTANTS PVT LTD.After few days resubmission was demended by MCA stating that it is similar to existing company-WAS CONSULTANTS PVT LTD. but there are many companies which even possess fisrt two similar characters and still are considered valid.what is the problem in my case?
