26 June 2012 i filled form 1A for name approwal of a new company-RAM AVTAR FRUIT COMPANY(INDIA)PVT. LTD.it was later decided to change it as-SHREE RAM AVTAR FRUIT COMPANY(INDIA)PVT. LTD.this new name is not being aprowed by MCA stating that it is similar to the existing name(RAM AVTAR FRUIT COMPANY(INDIA)PVT. LTD).what is the solution to get that new name?

Get the NOC of the promoters of RAM AVTAR FRUIT and attached the same with new Name of Shree Ram Avatar Fruits.
