what is the prime lending rate?
how to update the information relating to the prime lensing rate through the net?
is it differ fromm the bank to bank?

As per Reserve Bank of India rules, Banks are free to fix Benchmark Prime Lending Rate (BPLR) for credit limits over Rs.2 lakh with the approval of their respective Boards yet BPLR has to be declared and made uniformly applicable at all the branches.
Currently BPLR is around 15% in all the banks. You can get the BPLR from the link below-
