There is a clause in Section 283 which is written below,can any body help me to get understood this clause...

(2) Notwithstanding anything in clauses (d), (e) and (j) of sub- section (1), the disqualification referred to in those clauses shall not take effect-
(a) for thirty days from the date of the adjudication, sentence or order;
(b) where any appeal or petition is preferred within the thirty days aforesaid against the adjudication, sentence or conviction resulting in the sentence, or order until the expiry of seven days from the date on which such appeal or petition is disposed of; or
(c) where within seven days aforesaid, any further appeal or petition is preferred in respect of the adjudication, sentence, conviction, or order, and the appeal or petition, if allowed, would result in the removal of the disquali- fication, until such further appeal or petition is disposed of.

This clause is not much clear to me.

can anybody provide me information regarding remuneration at which level central government approval required. and suggest me applicable form for that.

Is there any provisions regarding sending e-annual report, notice of AGM for UNLISTED PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY?
And if it is there what is the procedure for it???

A client of mine has started a non-profit organisation. There are 4-5 co-founders. They are based in Delhi. They wish to register their NGO. What is the procedure for doing the same? They will not be handling large cash donations. They seek the most convenient option for the same.

If an employee's salary is higher than 6,500 & Employer is deducting PF on whole salary i.e. above 6,500, than what is the liability of employer towards employer's contribution?
Is it necessary for an employer to pay PF on whole salary? Or contribution is restricted to Rs. 6,500 only?
