Dear sir I want to know whether Company Bill 2012 is Applicable to May 2014 CA Final Exam.

The Companies Bill is not in force as yet. So you can be rest assured that it will not be applicable even in May 2014 exams.

Let me tell you..
companies bill is yet to approve in rajyasabha and there after president approval then it will become act..
in my opinion i dont think it will be applicable for may 2014 exam
