19 July 2013 As per Section- 147 of the Companies Act, 1956. If a Company fail to paint and affix it name and address of its registered office, on the outside of every office or place in which its business carried on, the Company and the every officer of the Company shall punishable with fine.
So, can any one tell me that against that defaulted Company any person can lodge a complain or only some specified person ?

There is no such provision, that any person has right to complaint against the company on this.

The right is given to the members of the company or the person who is interested in the company directly or indirectly.
