Competition act, 2002

how to interpret this provision:-
the chairperson and every other member shall hold office as such for a term of 5 years(qualified to be reappointed), provided that the chairperson or other members has not attained the age of 65 years.is it:-
(1) their term will end with the end of tenure of 5 years or attaining of 65 years whichever is earlier; or
(2) they can be appointed or reappointed before attaining their age of 65 years for a term of 5 years?

Cheque issued on different former surname/

there is a shop license on my mothers name, we surrender the same and we will get the cheque of some rupees from government authority, but the matter is that the government will issue the cheque as name mention in my mother's license and my mother changed her surname in between. so how the cheque will clear if its issued with different surname

Employer contribution to p.f.

how much be employer's contribution to P.F. if basic pay of employee is 20000 p.m. should it be
1)20000*12%=2400 OR
2)6500*10%=650 OR
3)20000*10%=2000
