We have incorporated a new company during feb 2012 and financial year ending is 31 st march.We have filed income tax returns for financial year 2011-12 and 2012-13. What is the procedure for filing with ROC.

Payment of bonus to employees by charitable trust

Trust is registered under BPT act 1950, in the state of maharashtra.

Trust is running charitable hospital.
Whether the payment of Bonus Act is applicable to trust
In earlier year trust had made Bonus payment to its employees.
It had incurred losses in F Y 2012-13.
Whether the trust is liable to pay the bonus to its employee for F Y 2012-13
If yes then at what Rate or percentage.
Can any body guide us

Supreme court case law is applicable to all over India.Whether highcourt case laws applicable to all over india..? If not, shall we follow other state high court in another state.? Is there any problem in this regard eventhough another state not having judgements nature like other state? ?. Thanks in advance.

Payment of dividend amount

Dear all,

if company declare dividend amount then is it compulsory to first transfer dividend amouont to special accouont or we can direct pay from our normal operating account of company ?
