The Co has authorised a Director for presenting a petition u/s 141 of the Companies Act, 1956 (seeking condonation of delay and extension of time for filing particulars of charge created by the Company.

In case of partnership, can we mention in deed regarding share of profit :
" upto X students 10%, upto y students 20%" like that? or it should be specific?
