09 October 2013 Trust is registered under BPT act 1950, in the state of maharashtra.

Trust is running charitable hospital.
Whether the payment of Bonus Act is applicable to trust
In earlier year trust had made Bonus payment to its employees.
It had incurred losses in F Y 2012-13.
Whether the trust is liable to pay the bonus to its employee for F Y 2012-13
If yes then at what Rate or percentage.
Can any body guide us
