1)as i have changed my name and same has been advertised in newspaper now i would like to know that change of same is to be notified in official gazette so i am resident of sahibabad,u.p but my collage is in delhi so i would like to ask weather it has to be notified twice in delhi and u.p gazette or just once applicable all over india.
2)how to obtain multiple copies of gazette??

I would like to from where can i get multiple copies of official gazette as i same will be required in future???
then submit another 10/- notorised stamp in Govt press delhi for the purpose in Printing charges for publication of name change is Rs. 700 for person residing in India.
You can go in person, or send it thru Registered Post. Visiting hours are 10AM-1PM & 2PM-3PM on any working day.
Saturdays are offdays!
acknowledgement/confirmation of receipt, etc. immediately. One is expected to call up to them after 12-15 days to ask for status and acknowledgement!
You'll have to give the reference of your old & new names only.
If all goes well, they will send you 3 copies of Gazette thru post!
