Applicability of supereme court judgement

Dear Experts,

As per my point of view, judgement of Supreme Court will applicable to LAND OF LAW.

My question is that weather that decision applicable to Sea Area. That is Appro 200 Nutical Mile from base land

Mca filing for form 24aa - interested director

Director of my company is also a shareholder of another company with which business dealings are going on. Form 24AA for declaration of Interest has been obtained. My query to you is whether any intimation has to be given to MCA or do we just keep the form in our own files.
