What does it meaning of ceased director in form 20 B "Details of director(s), Managing Director, manager and secretary who ceased to be associated with the company since the date of last AGM"???

it means they are no longer reg with mca as director of the co.

It means the Director/MD/Secretary who are no longer holding the position as such and in respect of whom form 32 has been filed. MCA will cross check with form 32 filed by the company and details given in form 20B.

In this clause of Form-20B, you will mentioned the details of director/Manager or Company Secretary who has ceased their office.
In addition to this, his office should be vacant from the date of last AGM till the sate of AGM. No matter whether you have filed Form-32 or not with ROC.
