Kindly suggest me what are the major sections,current issues etc . i must read in Companies Act 2013 and Direct Tax Laws for an interview for a profile of "Associate-Statutory Audit" in one of the big fours.

06 December 2013 all the prov related to auditors and directors in companies act 2013.

for direct tax they can ask u anything so u need to be really an expert at it.
