As per my point of view, judgement of Supreme Court will applicable to LAND OF LAW.

My question is that weather that decision applicable to Sea Area. That is Appro 200 Nutical Mile from base land

07 December 2013 yes as sea is also part of definition of india as per law and SC judgement is applicable in this case...but u havent mentioned which law?
