Dear Experts,
As per my point of view, judgement of Supreme Court will applicable to LAND OF LAW.
My question is that weather that decision applicable to Sea Area. That is Appro 200 Nutical Mile from base land

yes as sea is also part of definition of india as per law and SC judgement is applicable in this case...but u havent mentioned which law?

Thnx Tushar. That means we need see constuitutional definitionnof india. Bcz this has been given in Article of india

yes but in respective act like customs. excise etc they have already defined india so check them as applicable in your case.
