Whether Companies Bill, 2013 will be applicable in November 2014 exams.?

We filed Form-8 of the company at a delay of 5 months 27 days ,and the status of the form -8 is pending for Form-21,should we file a from 24AAA and form 61 or form 21, kindly tell us the exact procedure and tell us what is the order of filing the forms mentioned.

Our Housing Society Charging double maintenance charges to owner as they keep Tenant in own house. society pass a resolution for such charges in Annual General Meeting. Reason for charging is that every member is required To operate Water Pump For month Which is Not operate by Such owner and tenant and some work is divided among the all member but the such owner is not participate in the work So they are charging. So It Is valid charging Double Maintenance in Maharashtra Co-op society act?

Hi Friends,

I want to form a NBFC (Category B Only). Can anyone please guide me that how long it takes to get the approval from RBI. How much is the cost involved (Other than Rs 2 crore as NWF).

I have heard from some friends that as of now, RBI is not permitting formation of new NBFC but their no such guideline on website of RBI. Please guide me.

I want to apply for service tax , there are two different applicants, and they have no address proof.can I prepare one common rent agreement for both the applicants stating their names in rent agreement e.g. Agreement is between "OWNER" and "APPLICANT 1 & APPLICANT 2"
