Regarding form dir12

If there are two directors in a pvt ltd company & we want to resign one director & appoint another director, can we file one DIR 12 or do we need to file separate DIR 12?

Dear all,
While filling up the form MGT-14 for disclosure interest of directors, Practicing professional section is not working to fill. Any how the form is successfully prescrutinised, but while uploading the following error is showing.

"signature validation failed for signature field for Director/Liquidator/Managing Director/Secretary. The person is not authorised to sign in this field".
But we used right person's DSC to sign.

If anybody has idea in this regard share the same.

Sir,
I am a salaried person, I return my TAX correctly what ever be the income, recently my mother give me a cheque of above 75,000/-.
