National flag as profile picture

Can we put Indian National Flag as profile picture in social media sites like Facebook, Whatsapp and others? Is that step law breaking?

We can use that as your Profile Picture. No law is breached. We are not showing any disrespect to our nation Flag by using it as your Profile Picture. I am using it myself and many others too. Simply because we are proud of it.
