Form mgt-14 problem

11 August 2014 Dear all,
While filling up the form MGT-14 for disclosure interest of directors, Practicing professional section is not working to fill. Any how the form is successfully prescrutinised, but while uploading the following error is showing.

"signature validation failed for signature field for Director/Liquidator/Managing Director/Secretary. The person is not authorised to sign in this field".
But we used right person's DSC to sign.

If anybody has idea in this regard share the same.

11 August 2014 To The Concerned Person,

you need to register the DSC of the concerned Person/or Director of which you are using signatures on the Form. This error is only due to non registration of the signatures on MCA Portal.
