Can anybody tell me is there any rule in EPF Act that if we have not completed 6 months in an organisation then our PF balance will be lapsed & we will not be eligible for it.

mr. X has issued 5 post dated cheques on the same day to 10 different people say A,B,C,D&E. Can A will intruct to bank to make his payment on first prefence basis.?? is any bank charges applicable for that?? pls clarify me whether the option is available or not?

One HUF having 4 member - father, Mother & 2 Son.
Q-Now one Son Which is married ....is there family ( Wife & 2 Son) will be counted as member of HUF..???

dear sir We incorporated the pvt ltd company doing fabrication work. in our company 8 people doing work. we sub contract our work. my query is whether we fall in pf circle. our work provider asking us for pf related compliances. pls giide for the same.

dear sirs,

we are the proprietor based company operating as a warehouse agent, our client given there factory space covered to warehouse and handover to us as a warehouse agent. The warehouse situated in industrial area. At that time of running factory our client reg with Esi and Pf, now they closed the operation, the reg alive and nil return they are submitting.

If any Esi and Pf is applicable for us , earlier we have operated warehouse taken by us on rental basis in commercial area in the city limit.

we have below 20 employees at present.

please guide us for the procedure if we require or not esi &pf
